  I lived here with my husband when we first got married and we had a wonderful experience. We wanted to live off the beaten path and we found that with Chaddwell. We were tucked away in a safe and quiet neighborhood but yet in walking distance to a variety of stores, restaurants, salons, grocery stores, fast food, gas stations, parks, bars, etc. It was the perfect location. Our apartment was the perfect size for us and it had laundry in the unit, a beautiful newly finished kitchen, and a nice balcony to enjoy some after dinner drinks on. We had an apartment on the 2nd floor and i never heard neighbors beneath or next to me. Honestly, it was a very soundproof apartment. The amenities were outstanding. My husband constantly worked out at the gym and we loved laying out at the pool on the weekends and after work during the summer months. The maintenance and staff were great. We didn't need to call them much as we didn't have many issues with our apartment, but if we did call, they all were sincerely concerned and responded in a timely manner. Not to mention they fixed things fast and correctly. When we started our lease and left our apartment to move into our single family home, the staff made both processes super easy. I highly recommend to anyone!
